The services are limited to routine, execution-oriented staffing and administrative support functions performed under client-defined scope and supervision.
Staffing Services / Staff Augmentation
Channelsoft provides Staffing Services / Staff Augmentation by identifying, recruiting, and deploying qualified personnel based on client-approved role descriptions and requirements. Deployed personnel perform assigned activities under the direct control, supervision, and direction of the client entity. Channelsoft does not exercise decision-making authority over business operations.
Payroll & HR Administration Support
Provides routine administrative support relating to payroll processing, statutory compliance coordination, and human resource administration for deployed personnel. These activities are execution-focused and carried out in alignment with client-approved policies and workflows, without assuming responsibility for workforce strategy or personnel performance management.
Deployment & Management
Undertaking Resource Deployment by assigning personnel to client-designated teams, projects, or functions. The client entity determines task allocation, performance expectations, and work priorities. Channelsoft’s role is limited to administrative coordination and ensuring resource availability in accordance with client instructions.
Time & Effort Tracking Support
Supports time and effort tracking for deployed resources in accordance with client-defined reporting formats and approval mechanisms. All records are subject to client validation and form the basis for intercompany charging under the agreed commercial model.
