Activities include routine maintenance tasks, corrective actions, and support for application stability, executed strictly under client instructions and approved workflows. Channelsoft does not modify core functionality or architecture and retains no intellectual property rights.
Issue Resolution & Bug Fixing
Performs issue resolution and bug fixing activities related to existing systems based on client-reported incidents. All corrective actions are undertaken under client supervision and approval, with priorities, root cause analysis direction, and validation controlled by the client entity.
System Monitoring & Technical Assistance
Undertakes system monitoring and provides technical assistance to ensure availability and operational continuity of client-owned systems. Monitoring activities are execution-focused and follow client-approved procedures. Any escalations, changes, or corrective measures are implemented only after client authorization.
IT Support Resource Deployment
deploys qualified personnel for IT Support Services under a Time & Material, Cost-Plus Model. Deployed resources operate under the direct control and supervision of the client entity. Channelsoft’s responsibility is limited to staffing, administrative coordination, and execution support, with no assumption of operational or strategic risk.
